"Black Bull" made his wrestling debut in Razor's Edge Wrestling (REW) located in West Newton, Pennsylvania back in June 27th, 1999. Black Bull wrestled in Razor's Edge Wrestling as "Chainsaw Charlie Decker". Blaze Mordecai, eventually made his way to Razor's Edge Wrestling as a wrestling talent & also promoter. Eventually Blaze Mordecai invited Razor's Edge Wrestling to have a few events located at his property. This led to Black Bull wrestling for Deranged Championship Wrestling (DCW) for a few years. Black Bull will be returning in 2022 for the relaunch of Deranged Championship Wrestling in video game format.
Black Bull was the "DCW World Heavyweight Champion" in the original DCW back in 2000. Black Bull, was quite unstoppable during DCW Season 1, but sadly he had an injury & he was forced to vacate the title.
